Hello, everyone!! ♡ My name's Kathryn - Katie for short, but some people call me Kaychi, too. I'm a whopping 16 years old, as of 13 March 2008. I'm the girl that has no enemies - there's really no one that seriously hates me, and I don't hate anyone in particular, either. Unfortunately for me, I'm also the girl that's friends with everyone, but never gets invited to parties. (Hahaha.) Not that I mind too much - I don't really gravitate towards crowded, crazy situations (bars scare the hell out of me, and I start hyperventilating at pep rallies) - but sometimes I feel like it would be nice to be one of the kids in the group, and to be invited to do group things. But I have a few amazing friends who I know will always stay by me, and that's all I could ever ask for. ♥ The closest thing I have to a man in my life is my cat, Oliver - thus, I turn to novels and mangas for my fill of adventure. The two that come to mind are the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer and the manga Fruits Basket by Takaya Natsuki. I always have to have something to obsess over, and those are my current two. Characters from those appear in my dreams more often that not, and I daydream a lot in class - probably why I've currently averaging two C's, two B's, and and only one A (which is a very bad quarter, for me). Music and art are integral parts of my life. I love to draw, paint, and make graphics, and aim to make a career out of one of those in the future. I love most music, but especially Japanese music. My favorite non-Japanese musicians are Billy Joel and Muse. My favorite Japanese artists are Otsuka Ai, Ueto Aya, Buono! (all of H!P, for that matter), and AKB48. I also love to sing, and I'm a member of four online singing groups that specialize in singing Japanese music - two of which are listed below.
